Data the app handles
Worklio stores the information you enter to run your work: customer names, addresses and postcodes; work items, schedules and job records; prices, payment methods, payment status, balances, notes and estimated durations.
Where data is stored
Your device is the primary store. iOS uses local app storage and Android uses a local database. The app does not sell your data.
Optional backups
If you choose a backup feature, the app sends a copy of your application data-including customer and job data-to the selected service. Options are Apple iCloud/CloudKit on iOS, Google Drive application data on Android, and the optional Unsel Studio server backup operated through a WordPress-based REST API. Cloud providers process data under their own terms. Server backup is not enabled merely by keeping data on the device.
Advertising and analytics
The current app code contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. Store purchase, cloud backup, map and weather services may receive the technical requests needed to provide those features.
Your choices
You can export a full backup or customer list, import supported files, delete individual records, or use “Delete all data” to erase local app data. Delete cloud/server copies separately in the relevant backup service or contact us for help.
