Bookkeeping and UK tax for limited companies and sole traders, with one set of books on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.
About
LedgerWise keeps your sales invoices, expenses, cash deposits, bank receipts and dividends in one place and works out your Corporation Tax, dividend tax and PAYE / National Insurance as you go, with the HMRC rates for each tax year.
Your books sync through your own iCloud account between iPhone, iPad and Mac. Raise an invoice on the Mac at your desk, record a payment on the iPhone on the go, and every device catches up within moments. No connection? Keep working; it catches up later.
Import a bank statement and LedgerWise compares every line with your records, so you can see at a glance what is reconciled and what still needs a look. Nothing changes until you decide.

What leaves your device
Very little, and only where you send it:
Your own iCloud account holds your books when iCloud sync is on, in Apple's private database for your Apple Account. We cannot see it.
Files you export yourself (backups, PDF and CSV reports) go wherever you send them.
Apple handles the App Store download; we never see your payment or account details.
That is the complete list. LedgerWise has no account to create, no server of ours, and no analytics, advertising or crash reporting service. Bank statements are read on your device; PDF statements are read with the open-source pdf.js library inside the app.
