1. What Settle Wallet is — and is not
Settle Wallet is an unofficial personal organiser for your own UK immigration records, developed and published by Unsel Studio. By using the app you accept these terms.
Settle Wallet is not a government product, not an identity document, not proof of immigration status and not a legal advice service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the UK government or GOV.UK. Your immigration status can only be proven through official GOV.UK services.
2. Your records, your responsibility
Everything shown in the app is based on the information you enter. Dates, waiting times, timelines and settlement progress are estimates generated from your own entries and public GOV.UK guidance. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your specific case. Always verify against official sources before making decisions, and consider speaking to a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor.
3. No promises about decisions or eligibility
The app never guarantees a decision date, an outcome, or your eligibility for any visa, settlement or citizenship route. Processing time references are guidance only and can change at any time.
4. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Settle Wallet on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawfully organising your own records or records of family members you are genuinely assisting. Do not use it to misrepresent immigration status, to present app screens as official proof, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Purchases
Settle Wallet offers a one-time lifetime unlock processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. Trial length and locked-state behaviour are described in the app.
7. Your data
Your data stays on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for making backups using the export feature. We cannot recover data that was only stored on your device.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information shown in the app, missed deadlines, lost data, or immigration outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Significant changes will be noted in release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
